Post-entries will be accepted at the show only.
Post-entries are accepted by personal check or cash ONLY, no less than two hours prior to the class at the Equus Survival Trust Event & SANA Show Office on the concourse of the Reel Arena in the Eastern Complex.
Entry substitutions are acceptable and must be made no less than two hours prior to the class at the Equus Survival Trust Event & SANA Show Office.
Exhibitors may show more than one entry in a class. See SANA Rules & Regulationsfor details.
EST/SANA reserves the right to combine or cancel classes.

SANA Caspian Horse Competition
All entries must be purebred Caspians and/or eligible for registration. Exhibitor must submit a copy of the horse's registration with the entry form or a completed [Eligibility Form]
Class #101 - Caspian Horse: In-Hand Costume
JUDGES: Tricia Mozingo
Ribbons for: Best Persian Theme, Most Creative Costume, Honorable Mentions
This is meant to be a "Fun" class. Judging applies for handler & Horse as a unit for portrayal and material construction. Any theme is permissible. All costumes must be safe for horse and handler.
Class #102 - Caspian Horse: In-Hand Fences
JUDGE: Tricia Mozingo
This is an introductory class meant to be fun for Caspian Horses to be shown in-hand over simple, low level fences. Jump scores are based on time and penalty faults. Exhibitors will be given instructions in the ring for a simple course pattern and are allowed to ask questions before beginning.
SANA Open Working-Draft In-Hand Competition

Ribbons 1-4, Rosettes for champions & reserves
All entries must be purebred Drafts and/or eligible for registration. Exhibitor must submit a copy of the horse's registration with the entry form or a completed [Eligibility Form]
These classes are an open halter relaxed atmosphere "schooling" competition for purebred working-type draft breeds. Entries will be judged on working-type traditional for their draft breed against their respective breed standards, four square standing quietly, at the walk and the trot. (Modern hitch types will be penalized.) Only the horses will be judged, not the proficiency of presentation or the handlers.

Ponies must be unshod. Horses, Drafts, and Donkeys can be shod or unshod. Unshod entries will be judged on the quality, soundness, and natural presentation of the foot. Shod entries will be judged on the quality and soundness of the foot as well as the farrier work.

SANA Trail Obstacle Competition
1-6th place ribbons
All entries must be purebred breeds and/or eligible for registration. Exhibitor must submit a copy of the horse's registration with the entry form or a completed [Eligibility Form]
In-Hand and Ridden courses will consist of 8 to 10 simple obstacles to negotiate, suitable for each class. Working-Driven course will consist of 4 to 5 obstacles suitable for Working-Draft vehicles. All SANA Trail Obstacle classes are Open to any purebred breed with the exception of Class #125 which is restricted to any purebred draft breed.
Entries are judged on proficiency with time as a lesser factor. Course patterns will be posted at the EST SANA Show Office located on the concourse of the REEL Arena prior to the competition; exhibitors will be given a chance at a predetermined time just prior to the class to walk the course on foot.
