Check In Procedures

BEFORE UNLOADING HORSES
Check in at Barn 8, Stall #122
All event participants must check in at Barn 8 of the Eastern Complex with the EST Event Barn Manager, Nancy Phillips. Nancy will be stationed at the front of Barn 8 near Stall 122.

- COGGINS: All horses required a current Coggins
- HEALTH CERTIFICATE: Out-of-State horses also require a 30-day Heath Certificate

Forms provided at check in to sign:
- VCH Health Declaration: Optional form stating horse is free of sickness in the last 72 hrs
- Liability Waiver: Mandatory for everyone in your party who will be helping with horses

Once these documents are presented at check in, our Event Barn Manager will assign stalls, let you know where you can unload, and where you can park your trailer during the event.

STABLING in Barn 8 - Eastern Complex
Once horses are settled in Barn 8, exhibitors must check-in with the Equus Survival Trust Event & SANA Office in the REEL Arena to confirm stable assignments, display & demo assignments, clinic & workshop participation, and SANA entries/exhibitor #'s.

VOLUNTEERS for the Event - REEL Arena Concourse
All volunteers who will be helping at the event must check in at the EST Event & Show Office on the concourse of the REEL Arena. All volunteers must sign an Event Liability Waiver.

REQUIRED FORMS - Horses, Participants, & Volunteers
All participants and volunteers, grooms, handlers, etc, must follow VCH Rules, EST Event & SANA Rules and sign a copy of the Event Liability Waiver. Owners/agents must provide either a copy of each horse's registration and/or a Statement of Eligibility for all horses in the pavilion, demos, clinics, or competition classes.
