OVERVIEW
This is a pilot program to promote and help boost awareness for Equus Survival Trust Virginia born rare breeds by giving the owners and breeders incentives to compete and exhibit their respective breeds at any Virginia public venue, event, or competition.

TWO CATEGORIES TO EARN POINTS:
I) Competitions
II) Public Events / Exhibition

These two categories and their 5 sub-categories, plus several special high point categories will be tracked using the Incentive Point System utilizing the number of occurrences and the estimated size of spectators in attendance. The goal is to get these breeds out in the public eye in appropriate settings that support traditional traits while promoting or developing appropriate markets.
