FPA Release Form (required)

-Clinics are restricted to pure or partbred endangered breeds
- All participants subject to KHP regulations
-Substitution of rider/driver or horse/pony is allowed until August 1st
-Clinic Fees and Application forms must be received no later than August 1, 2008.
-Sign-ups are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
-No Refunds on Approved Applications.

First come, First Serve Defined
We are keying off the date of payment receipt
and the receipt of the completed Sign-up form.
We are aware of the differences in time zones.

By mail: items by mail key off the time we receive the last item.

By Internet: keyed off the time it was sent
and/or payment is made via PayPal.

We all know Cyberspace has its quirks, so there is a 3-day grace cut-off from the time we think sessions
are filled for receiving stragglers by Cyberspace to review date orders. Hopefully we won't have something get
lost in Cyberspace, but if it does, and the sessions have already been announced as "full" and the 3-day grace
passes, there is nothing more we can do.

Here is the final line up:

Dressage sessions with Lendon -

2 - private sessions - FULL
2 - semi private session (2 riders)
2 - Group sessions (3 riders ea session)
This gives 12 people a chance to ride in a clinic under Lendon Gray.

Driving sessions with Muffy

5 private sessions for people to drive in a clinic under Muffy Seaton

Sign-ups will remain open until all sessions are filled.
